Murray's Edinburgh....help!

Post by Pauline » Mon Jan 16, 2006 7:24 pm

Hello everyone....not sure if everyone knows me or has met me, not on the forum that often....far to busy working at Murrays!

Im Pauline, now sales...ex Customer service advisor with Murray Motor Co in Edinburgh.

As you all know I have been out of service for some time now....however that dose not mean too far to help! As you probably all know, there have been a few changes within the company of late and unfortunatly that dose mean a few different faces coming and going within the service department here at Murray Motor Company. We have throughout the company sold on or moved different dealerships....gaining way in order to focus on the Brands to which our company believes to have strongest relationships....Lotus and Aston Martin being main focus :D

After the sale of some of our other branches, it has brought forth the latest edition to out Branch, Andy our new Service advisor...who was service controller with our last vauxhall dealership.

Being that Andy is new to the position, I understand that there may be a lack of knowlege at this time within the servicing department. I would just like to bring forth at this time that should you have any problems at all or any questions I would be more than happy to assist, Haven spoken to our General Manager who agrees that we are always keen to try maintain high levels of customer service and relations.

As you guy's know, I would like to think that I have always had a good working relation with all our Scottish Elisers....and would hope to be able to help in anyway possible with any problems you may be having.

Feel free to email me or contact the dealership asking for myself should you experience any problems with the aftersales service, I would be happy to help where possible. pthomson@jmgroup.co.uk

Again guy's i would like to appologise for any problems that you may have had or are experiencing at this time.

Thanks
Pauline

Hi Pauline

Just to say that the service guys were superb with me and Elise on Saturday morning. They went out of their way to sort it and despite being really busy also took the time to discuss a few things also.

Left feeling very happy with the service provided.

Hopefully won't see them for another 8k :D

Thanks for the soup also!!

Andy

Hi Pauline

Nice to hear from you :D

Do you still have my new floor mats??

Never got it booked in to have it checked out,now that the car is back to full health,I could drop it in and have it done.

Let me know ;-)

Hi Stu,

Yeh got some mats still in stock....give Andy a call or just let me know when suits you best to leave it with us for the day, only takes an hour or so to clean off the corrosion, reseal the area and fit new mats but the carpet bond will take a few hours to dry...so prob best to leave it for a full day.

Hopefully yours is still in the early stages....ie, just corrosion...so should be easy enough to fix.

Cheers
Pauline

Pauline,

I filled in my questionaire after my A Service in December - all's well and you even sorted my hardtop squeek/rattle.

Why don't you post a picture of the finished showroom - I'm sure the moderators will let you off this time.

Ah well....I could post a picture, but we wont be in here much longer! Pritty soon most of you guys who visit us will see the changes about to take place. Quite a lot of movement happening on site...all for the better for Aston Martin and Lotus, lets just say our move is not quite complete!

Think I'll need to take a wee run past and see the new place once all the moves have been made.

You could always host another "open day" in the spring????

Cheers
