Yup, picked up the 340R after its issue last weekend.
Can't thank John and the guys enough for getting us back on the road quickly, and keeping us fully informed as to the progress. In a nice way, I hope we don't have to meet again for a while.
Surprised that you have not mentioned the new 2-11 in the showroom.
It looks awesome in the flesh. The detail is fantsatic - the mirrors, the brake cooling ducts etc. A real mini supercar.
And the stripes just suit it down to the ground.
When we went around to collect the 340, I had to search around. Couldn't see it parked behind one of the Rolls Royce's parked outside.
Good to have the car back though.

That wasn't there just over a week ago. I may just have to pop back for a wee look!

Dezzy, you'd better be quick as the one in the showroom is sold and heading off to it's new home mid week but Graeme was saying that he is getting his demonstrator in in a few weeks, so if you are still looking

, then wait a week or two!!!

Definitely not buying one (although I'd love to if I had the cashola!) but just fancied a nosey at it as I've not seen it in the flesh yet. Will pop in sometime for a look when he gets the demonstrator. Maybe he'll even let me drive it if I speak nicely to him

Dezzy, it looks lovely but having never met you, unless you have seriously long legs, it's going to be a nightmare to get in to! I can just get in to the 340R without kicking the paintwork but don't fancy my chances with the 2 eleven! It looked lovely, but a serious track car in my opinion and not something for a drive around on a Sunday - lack of windscreen sums it all up - crash helmets at the ready to go anywhere in it!!!

hey guys , turns out i have internet access in my room over here in florida, had a brief look at the site ,.
X7, not sure if that was my exige or not did it have snap off wheel? if so it was mines.
Just to let you guys know my car is back at home now, my dad picked it up last week , drove it home to glasgow and then it wouldnt go into reverse , MMC came and picked it up on friday mornin , fixed the small error and returned it today .
I must mention that while i have had a terrible time with the whole gearbox thing as you guys prob know, when MMC had the go ahead from lotus , they were extremely quick and efficient in sorting the car.
cant wait to jump in it, my old mans got it all to himself at the moment , with me being away. I wish i never got him on my policy !!
sorry for any typing errors cant really read text properly internet is hooked up to plasma telly
