My 340r is in at the moment getting quite a bit of work done, and I get regular updates from Craig in great detail. I have never had this sort of service from any mainline dealer before, top marks to the man!!

They've been great for me too. Means that I will keep an Evora on my shortlist of next cars!

As it is some time since I have owned a car worthy of MMC's attention, I can't comment on their service. However, what I would say is that when people get good service, they tend to appreciate it quietly, when they get bad service, they shout about it, and tell anyone who'll listen. So it's great to hear some positive feedback, and praise, where praise is due. :thumbsup

same from me, just got my first lotus only to have the resistor pack fail when it was just out of warranty, got in touch with mmc and the first person I spoke to was craig who mananged to get lotus to pay for the work needed in full :thumbsup and also advised me of a couple of items that needed attention before carrying out any work. I can't comment on how it used to be at mmc as this is my first time dealing with them but compared to dealings I've had with numerous other main dealers craig and his team really went out of there way to help me out. so all in highly delighted with the exellent service I received and would'nt hesitate to use them agian.

MMC experience today was really good. I needed some minor work done under warrenty, they fitted replacement headlights units while I waited and I was on my way in around an hour. Got lots of good advice from Craig, made me feel more than just another customer. Way better than my local Skoda dealer.

Have to say that MMC, an Craig have been first class with me. The best service i have come across from a main dealer. The SE discount has been great, and i hope it lasts longer :thumbsup

Agree it's chalk and cheese with the bad old days, so credit where it's due.

I'd vowed never to go back after appalling service in the past, but have come back into the fold after seeing the improved reports on here... :thumbsup

I've checked a couple of independents and they're saying around £170 for a 36,000 mile service. Murrays are quoting £299+vat! I thought Craig had some new pricing for services these days?
