Hats off to Craig again for doing a quick turnaround on a puncture I had.

Got a mechanic to stop his work to deal with my unexpected problem.

Tyre prices shall be getting looked at after Craig returns from holiday at the end of the month as there have been four increases and a VAT rise.

There should be very little if at all any changes to Toyota based servicing price however :D

Spoke to Craig at length about a few tuning options the other day. Seems a very down to earth guy.

A big thanks to Craig and the guys after my recent visit. I dropped the car off on my way back from Spa after discovering it needed some TLC (radiator, brakes, tyres, oil change and some other stuff I cant remember). Car was dropped off on the Sunday afternoon and was ready to go on the Saturday morning. Very quick turnaround considering I'd given them zero notice and the clam had to come off to replace the radiator, and a very reasonable bill for the work that wasn't covered by the warranty.

It's another massive :thumbsup to Craig and the guys from MMC from me. I'd forgotten to arrange a booking with only a week to go before I was due to take the Elise up to the Highlands. He still managed to fit me in for a C service though at the SE rate, and did a great job. This included fixing a couple of water leaks they discovered at no extra charge and advising what will need done in the near future.

Car was also returned spotless and I had a good chat with Craig when I dropped it off.

It sounds like they've massively upped their game over the last few years and deserve all the forum business that's been heading their way. All credit to Craig for the hard work he's put in, it certainly seems to be paying off.

This thread is beginning to sound like a broken record

Another thumbs up from me for Craig and the team. C Service today - also booked in at short notice.

Car was ready on time and was looking great - as current SE Polisher of the Year this really is a compliment!!

With the SE generous discount you would be mad to consider taking your Lotus anywhere else when you get this level of service AND a main dealer stamp in the book.

Its quite a turn around you have achieved in the last few years Mr Moncrieff - keep up the good work and enjoy your well deserved holiday!!

Cheers,

John

Craig did a great job in sorting out a small problem I had with the Cayman. Dropped it off at short notice at 3:00 in the morning before I went on holiday and picked it up a week later all fixed :thumbsup

Delighted with Craig & MMC again today - i'm more impressed every time I go in.

Went in to sort a faulty heat shield and told Craig about a few issues at the same time (squeeks and rattles). Sorted them all and went the extra mile and did a few other bits for me as well.

The car was really starting to get on my back so it made it even sweeter picking it up all fixed.

Another big thumbs up, can't thank them enough :thumbsup

To add mine to the list, thanks to Craig and Brandon for taking in my Exige, prepping it, replacing the various worn out and broken bits at a very reasonable price and finding some new owners for it along the way.

Thanks chaps!

Cheers,
Robin

Another big thanks to Craig and the guys at MMC!!

The car has been in getting some final prep work for it's new owner and again Craig's service along with the guys work has been a breath of fresh air :thumbsup

If I do move away from Lotus ownership completely I really do feel like I will be giving up a great garage - people are mad if they go elsewhere without even contacting Craig first!

:cheers again

Another huge thumbs up from me for Craig. During my recent rebuild of the 2 eleven Craig has been nothing short of outstanding in helping me to source parts. The level of service has been way beyond the call of duty and has ensured I have been kept informed each step of the way.
I can't speak highly enough of the help he has been throughout, definitely a top bloke :cheers

Couldn't agree more Mike - makes such a huge difference.

Be interested to know how many people who vowed never to use MMC again have converted back!

..and it was good to put a name to a face

Had the Exige in at Murrays for it's third service this week...

Car is out of warranty now but that didn't stop Craig and his team from going the extra mile to address a couple of issues.

Best service I've had by far from any dealer.

More great service from MMC,

Had the Exige in for annual service last week, everything went smoothly and received a very reasonable bill. Really grateful to Craig who arranged for me to collect the car way outside of normal working hours which saved me wasting another precious day at the weekend Also great to get the car back gleaming inside and out, hasn't been that clean since originally I picked it up from Graeme last year.

Thanks again

Graham
