Well, this is another massive thumbs up for Craig and the boys at Murrays. :thumbsup

I dropped the Elise off last Saturday for a belt service with an eye to getting it ready for sale in a couple of months. Speaking to Craig before I booked the car in he explained everything that would be done and what the cost would be, including a very nice (and given it was January, welcome) SE discount.

During the week as some items were discovered that need replaced or preventative measures Craig would get on the phone to me, talk me through it and explain everything to me.

What really impressed me was when he went above and beyond when it was discovered that a new cat was needed. After discussing options I settled on the Lotus sport cat. I then got a call from Craig the next day letting me know that they were on back order for the forseeable future. He'd done more than I could ever of expected from a garage and got in touch with Jim at 2bular and called in a personal favour to get me the 200 cell cat bought and fitted for the same price as the Lotus Sport cat. The final bill had a sizable discount applied by Craig which I am very much appreciative off.

Picking the car up yesterday was like picking up a brand new car again, both inside and out were spotless and it felt as tight as a drum. I really can't give all the guys enough praise, they deserve all the positive words they get. Without doubt I'd never take the Elise anywhere else.

The only downside is that the car is in such rude health I can bear to put it up for sale!

Thanks again guys :cheers

Got my Evora back from MMC last week after getting a few warranty jobs done.

Craig even fixed a couple of cosmetic items that I hadn't even realised weren't working.

I've bought lots of cars from lots of different dealers over the years and have never had such good service as I've received over the last 9 months from MMC.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgable and great communication - can't beat it.

Any problems or servicing etc. that's where the Evora will go.
I'm even considering buying a Volvo now.

Thanks again to Craig and the guys in the workshop :cheers

Another :thumbsup from me. Popped in last week to pick up a footrest and have a look at the V6, and ended up getting a number of niggles fixed. All for a very reasonable price. :cheers Will be back in again in a couple of weeks for tyres and fluids pre Cadwell/Spa.

Had a good look round the Evora Sports Racer :love while I was there and now have a dilemma - not sure I can quite afford an Evora SR as my daily, plus an Exige V6 as my track hack

Nice dilemma to choose from. Have you ordered a V6 already?

I dropped my car in last Saturday, and I had a quick look at the laser blue V6. Looks brilliant :love

Almost. Just can't decide on the spec. The RGB was easy - you had a choice of 3 colours and that was it.

Did you not get a choice of four colours?

Black, White, Grey, and Yellow.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
The service from Craig and the guys at MMC can not be faulted.
I took the Elise in last week for its 6 year service and MOT. The service was a big one and the brake hoses needed replaced to get through its MOT (as well as some other bits and pieces).
I was facing a pretty hefty bill, but Craig worked his magic to keep it as low as possible and also threw in quite a few extras foc to help ease the pain.
Even the delay in getting parts from Lotus was no issue. Craig arranged to get them couriered at no extra cost.
The car looks and feels like new (and sounds better thanks to the upgraded TRD airbox supplied at no extra charge).

Big :thumbsup again from me.

Just picked up my car tonight after its service, geo, MOT and would just like to say thanks to Craig again for keeping me informed of what was going on while I was on holiday and having the car washed was a nice touch too.

:cheers

Excellent service.

Burst a rad last Sat, somewhat ironically on the way home from a successful MOT.

Both Brandon and Craig were great at helping me out late on a Sat afternoon and with the help of an RAC man the car was dropped off just before closing time. Craig said they were super busy but he'd try and fit me in that week. A price was agreed, i sourced the rad myself (with much fannying around) and they fitted it without an issue within a couple of days.

The price didn't move one jot even when the clam took a bit more "persuasion" than anticipated - as per usual the car also benefited from a host of small things being fixed as they were working on the car.

Great service again - wouldn't think about going anywhere else.
Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.

....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?

Another satisfying MMC customer experience. Sorted out a turbo boost problem for me including rectifying a problem caused by my inept spannering, saving me a hefty bill. Picked the car up today and all I had to do was pay the AA P&L excess. :thumbsup

Thanks again Craig, much appreciate the excellent service and first class communication.

Hey Keith,

Seen your car at MMC yesterday, my brother and I really liked the interior on it.

Just had the Elise in for a service and M.O.T at MMC today.Brilliant attention to detail from the team as usual.Got my SE discount this time as i forgot to ask last year when the car was in,Craig remembered that i hadn`t received it and took it off this years bill.I`m absolutely chuffed to bits that their customer service is so consistent.
P.S A big thanks to whoever washed the car and fixed my front plate.

Bought my Elise from MMC a couple of weeks ago and picking up on 1st May.
Initially dealt with Craig, handshake and a small deposit held car for me until the following Sat when all was finalised with Brandon.
Totally painless, nothing seems too much bother, staff I've met seem extremely efficient and very professional.
Expecting the hand-over to be very peasant

Another visit to Murrays, and another exceptionally good customer service experience.

My car was in for a minor(ish) job, and the work was carried out while I waited, in the time scale quoted and for the price quoted. While finishing up, the guys found another separate issue, that they attended to promptly for me - and amazingly, the bill was as originally quoted. Top job! :thumbsup

Short of taking on some hot female staff to perv over, there is little that I can think of for Craig & the team to improve.
