Nothing particularly exciting. Was through in Edinburgh and popped into MMC to say hi to Brandon and have a nosey at some cars. No pressure to buy, sell or get out. It's just quite "nice" to be able to pop into a prestigious main dealer for a general chat. Wouldn't think to do it anywhere else. Quite a warm and fuzzy feeling :)

The Exige was in with Craig to have an oversized tank fitted and few other bits and pieces to been done at the same time, usual great service with updates of how the work was progressing. Especially appreciated Craig arranging for me to pick up the car outside of there normal working hours, makes it so much easier travelling down from Aberdeen.

Cheers

A big thank you to Craig and the team at Murray Lotus again. I had my Elise S in for new brake pads and discs and exhaust heat shield. First class personal service from Craig who managed to also sort out a recurring ECU issue and switch my exhaust silencer for an SC one that he had, looks and sounds great :) Thanks!

Massive thanks to Craig and the team for looking after me and my Evora so well.
It's been in for quite a few things lately including paint, wheel refurb, barge boards and other bits and pieces.
I could go on but I'll cut to the chase and just say that the service from MMC and Craig in particular is on a level I've never experienced before.
I think us Scottish Lotus owners are a lucky bunch to have such a great main dealer looking after us.

Cheers :-)

Another service & MOT and another :thumbsup for Craig and the team.
Despite a bit of work needing done, Craig managed to keep the price down by helping me to source brake discs and pads from eliseparts (speedy servive from them too).

They need no further endorsement but.........

Craig and the team have dealt with the Ariel factory in Sommerset to sort the servicing of my Atom which I collected today! Very impressed with the servicing, the servicing schedule also obtained from the factory, and of course the car cleaned pre-collection - and total cost was a result also!

Atom servicer of choice, and Craig coordinated getting the geo done at the same time!

Hats off - and they managed to fix the Aston boot issue as well and MOT while it was there as I left for skiing!

Thanks to Brandon and Craig again for the purchase of the Exige on Saturday.

Another thank you to Murrays. C service with a tyre change and few wee bits tidied up. Kept up to date with everything, work complete on time and we even had a good rake around in all the stock in the showroom without any problems. Considering the service the price (with SE deal) was spot on, I've always thought MMC would be too expensive but it was well worth it and prob only 15% more than a suitable independent I could find locally.

Definitely be back.

I forgot to post last week.

Murray serviced the Elise and swapped the MINI back to summer rims all on time and within budget :-)

They even washed the MINI. It was only in to swap wheels over...and on a very tight schedule too!

Thanks team.

Exige went in for its annual 700 mile service today :)

Everything very uneventful, pleasant and professional. I suspect Brandon had a good day as well :)
Knowing I was due to be in Leeds around this time I did shop around for a comparative price at the Lotus Dealer there and was delighted to find MMC not only a good bit cheaper even before the SE discount, but no-brainer cheaper after it. Happy days.

Oh, not me

I believe the lovely blue Elise S in the showroom found a buyer this morning and there was a decent chance the red V6 Exige found one in the afternoon when I was back in to collect my car.

When I was there in the morning and again in the afternoon, Brandon was off doing test drives with the female partners and they each returned with a big smile  It was also nice (genuinely nice) when the 2 guys were asking about whether the Dealer was good or bad to be able to be a bit gushing in praise rather than in the past, have to be a bit cagey about the good bits and the not so good bits. :thumbsup

Guilty! Was nice to chat to you Renmure, picking up exige on Friday all being well. Big thanks to Brandon for his persuasive efforts in getting me into my first Lotus. Very helpful and not pushy which makes a refreshing change!
