Eliseparts
I managed to lose 2 wheels nuts a few months ago and have been driving around with a couple of Dom's spares on the car. I've had EP wheel nuts on it for the past 5 or so years, but gave away my old set a while ago.
Emailed EP one afternoon last week to see if they could split a set of nuts, with a reply the same night from Geary to tell me if I spent over £150 he'd include a pair of nuts (Fnnarr) FOC.
Ordered the front pagids and ball-joint I needed... but as I've a 2% EP loyalty discount I was just shy of the £150. On the order I asked them to invoice me for the nuts or remove the discount; they did neither. When the parts arrived, the nuts were included.
First class customer service as ever. I've ordered many times over the years, as I'm sure most have, almost without exception every order has been smooth and speedy and on a few occassions like this, they have went above and beyond. It's only a small thing, but it''s the small things that count sometimes.

Re: Eliseparts
Theya e very good and customer service is excellent. Geary and Ian are always quick to reply to any query for concern. Just a bit pricey for some of their home developed stuff but then it is a fairly limited market and small order stuff isn't cheap to have made.

Another top effort by EP this weekend.Sanjoy wrote:+1jimbo wrote:They blow my mind with how fast they can deliver
I'd sent some second parts to EP that Geary had been looking for. They arrived Friday morning and I was due account credits. Thursday night I'd found my slave cylinder leaking and on checking my account on Friday afternoon realised the credits weren't there yet. Phone call to EP at 3 pm Friday, slave cylinder arrived at 12.45 Saturday with free delivery. Can't beat them.
Re: Eliseparts
Forgot to add my thanks for another speedy delivery. Ordered 3pm and arrived next day!

Re: Eliseparts
I ordered some stuff earlier this week - as ever found their website straightforward to use, and the parts arrived very promptly. Keep up the good work guys!
Re: Eliseparts
More positive feedback from me;
This time the part I needed was not on their website, so I gave them a call. They came up with a very reasonable price for the part, and it was with me the next day. Top service once again guys!

Re: Eliseparts
Again, Eliseparts have been very helpful and reasonable with prices for the parts for my reburb at Murrays. They are great to deal with, and send the parts next day, direct to Murrays if required. Can't fault them in any way
