Sorry to hi jack the thread. Had a great experience from Craig at MMC, he took the time to call me after my car was in being checked over to discuss it in great detail, plus gave me some good tips. Can't say I've had that level of genuine interest before from a garage. Hat off to him

I've just bought a Volvo.
As far as I'm concerned, it's Craig's fault!
Now I'll have an excuse to get my car serviced at MMC despite being sans Lotus at the moment
