Doing an average of 20 hours a day just now, can't find the staff

Missed a project deadline hugely, and I am really struggling to catch up.

It's my businesses rep on the line, hence the hours.

It's f*cking killing me. There are 7 of us here, and this project is impacting on every one of us in a negative way. One of our programmers has had 90% responsibility of the project, but it has been going tits up for a long time. I am trying my hardest to hold it all together and failing.

Technical Director...
Basically I do everything to with the I.T side of the business, which is 90% .NET programming, which I am relatively new to. Our two programmers have years of experience and are experts, but this project we are launching is very complicated and has lots and lots of tests needing done...
