Spotted you (I think) on Duke Street out for a wee jog. You're a braver man than me, (a) jogging; and (b)jogging at the foot of Leith Walk!

Well spotted sir!

I decided on a different route tonight as i needed somewhere flat ish....

My usual run is around arthurs seat but ive not been able to train for almost 2 months as my knee is fcuked. Was taking it gently tonight and unfortunately its still fcuked.....

Was sitting on the bus heading back from work, daydreaming and looking out the window and you ran past. More used to seeing you in the S1 Shed!

Had similar experience, followed by 2 broken ankles, and one fractured;.. now have a moutainbike
