Good spot! I was on my way to Campbeltown on Saturday evening, I'd played golf at the Carrick Course at Loch Lomond on Saturday afternoon and headed was heading down to Campbeltown to play Macrahanish dunes on Sunday.
It was a great drive, I bought my Elise towards the end of last year and had only covered about 700 miles in it since so this was my first real journey, 200 miles each way and I really enjoyed it!
I was surprised just how comfortable the car was after 3 hours yesterday, got back to Edinburgh feeling fresh! - Where were you? - I don't remember seeing another Lotus on my journey!

Gone: Elise S3, 350zGT, Boxster S, BMW X5 (E70)

No, I was piloting the GF's mini. I don't know the road well enough to remember where we passed either, but it was dark by then. Can imagine the newer ones are pretty civilised on a run. :thumbsup

Yeah, very civilised, I put on some good tunes and the miles just flew by!
I assume you were driving in the opposite direction, towards Glasgow?
