"punched the owl in the face??" No Tom , cant say it didnt cross my mind at one point as the Owl became angry the more pressure and pain it inflicted (in the wild Eagle Owls can easily catch foxes usually by the head and crush the scull on contact

vise like

A little gentle persuasion (grab head and squeeze ) after a period of time the grip eased which allowed me to remove the talon's embedded in my hand

the worst is the main middle tallon removing that was like pulling a six inch nail from the knuckle
The hands sore today

carting tomorrow at Raceland and on Sat bummer
Oh Tom watch for a black /blue range rover with blacked out windows at the college the lads new car was dinged today woman dropping kids off at the nursery

lucky white heather

cheers for the tip

hope the hand's alright.
(not going to comment on the carting with bad hand thing

you wouldn't let the owl mangle your hand, just in case you get beaten by Ed would you??

Y'see, that happened on SE Dinos too...we had to keep having a go at folks, especially those in digest mode, for not schnipping enough. Cammy was pretty well up there, and I think Stu might have been hence now he snips almost everything apart from his mail sig
Ah it's nice to see some of the bad habits emerging here too, feels more like home now

Oh, and you should see the drivel breaking out on SE Dinos this week too...all on the back of an innocent wee post! Second thoughts, don't bother...it'd be lost on most folks!
Great stuff.

Sorry for the serial posting...
Just heard Jon's former S1 now safely hand-delivered to darkest Cumbria tonight.
Watch this space for our newest member outside of Scotland.
Simon - probably better lock this thread now in case it upsets Jon any more - I felt heart sorry for him as we drove off tonight

His wee girl was particularly sad to see the end of the "car toy"
Jon - thanks again, Ian is thrilled. Keep us posted re: the new purchase!
