Been in JM since early January & repair not started due to lack of parts

Lotus Cust Services on the case now, hoping for call tomorrow. Yup I am mighty pi$$ed off - Yaris loan car has smaller engine than I would want in a hoover AND I am paying for it due to third parties insurance problem which hopefully will be sorted soon too. Keith
