Went for a test drive in a 111R, ' cause I had a quiet weekend. I actually rather liked it :oops:

It's soo different to a VXT - you have to thrash the proverbials out of it and there's none of that massive torquey shove in the back, which is addictive in the turbo. But... it feels more responsive, I have to say the handling is more balanced and the *noise* when it's on cam 8)

Even had it very slightly sideways at one point, which was a bit naughty, but I had to know... (ahem) :D

I don't think my VXT was very happy with my betrayal. Got back in her and the front numberplate fell off on almost the first bump I went over on the way home :roll:

Oh well, suppose it's off to buy some Velcro at lunchtime...
