Seen both yesterday - the S1 had his roof on! WTF?

No, it wasn't a hardtop either, not that that's an excuse.... JJ :D

S2 was a Ti 111S, good nick, but HT on. Not good form...

Think I should design a wee SE business card - print a few, carry in wallet and then whack one in the driver window jamb, or under the wiper, when we see a car we don't know/without an S_E sticker?

Good idea... we have a spotted flyer on the vx site. But I guess there are some people out there who think car clubs are nerdy, the internet even more so and only buy these cars for the pose.

....the hardtop stays! For just now.....

I think cards would work if the forum was http://www.scotelises.co.uk or something memorable, rather than http://www.freyabb.com/ge/g/eg/dfg/e/ that it is now. Just a thought...

The card's been designed - will try and remember to post it here tonight (unless Si beats me to it again ;) )

It's in the files section of the Yahoo group site (have to login, so can't link it - I'll plop in onto photobucket as soon as I get 5 minutes)

Uses the scottish-elises.org.uk address, which isn't currently the best of websites, but will be sorted out as soon as poss methinks. Giving serious thought to a wee easily.co.uk addy, which would be... easy!

Bloody hell - nobody has said that .co.uk has been registered too... Wonder when that happened? Certainly wasn't the case 6 months ago...

Can you get to here from there? Im just thinking that as a new owner, I didnt (dont) get any of what was happening on the yahoo group, and think that this forum is a better place to try and develop..... Plus its easier to read / use.

My wee brother set up a .co.nr forwarding thing to point to a messageboard him and his mates use and it was totally free, maybe an option? http://www.seco.co.nr or something?

Not as far as I know.
I posted on the yahoo group about updating the SE website but I don't know if anything will come of it. Might try and bring it up again later.
