Parked in the Common Green at 0830 this morning then several cars behind me in the jam heading to East Kilbride, turned of at Greenhills Road.
Respect due for heading out in that weather - back roads were quite bad.

those roads must have been hard work - im down in hamilton and its/ it was quite bad here.

funny how people lose the ability to drive when a wee bit of snow drops. We were watching cars driving up a straight level road next to our office - wheels spinning, their car fishtailing all over the place, then identical car behind it creaping up - in a sensible gear!

Like the Discovery that I eventually overtook ( in a 1.0 Corsa) after it pulled out from the kerb into traffic with lights and windows still covered in snow, then crawled along holding everything up - whats the point of having 4wd ffs.
Took me over 2 hours to get from Strathaven to Glasgow

Me? This morning? In my 111R? You're having a giggle. No sir. Today was the day for the xc90 and I make no apology for it. What colour was it?

I had mine out for 2 days last week and 3 days the week before. Drove to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dunfermline etc and not a sighting anywhere.

Just had a thought. I'm off to check the garage to make sure someone hasn't nicked it. Maybe it was mine after all.

We must get a meet up sometime as I think we only live 2 mins away from one another. Tempted to do that Kames track day. You ever been?

Car on Monday was Tittanium I think. - couldn't see the reg because of the accumulation of snow!

Have been down to Kames to catch the tail end of an event before but intend having a run down next month. My car is still in semi hibernation - had a couple of runs out over the past few weeks but still waiting for the weather to pick up a bit before being back to daily use. If I don't see you before Kames will catch up with you there. Keith
