He was one of the organisers (I think) of the Caledonian Classic & Historic MC rally that started from Balloch castle on Sunday. I was navigating for my brother in his Rover P6. Good day, nice cars and brilliant roads. Makes me want to get the Cooper back on the road again. There was a cracking little Lotus 7 on the run, 1964, very tempted after seeing it.....
