yep - traffic's been brutal for the last few weeks!

If I were a patient man the answer would be better, but I'm not, so the answer is so so......another 2 weeks at least before I can run!
Lots of swimming at the mo, trying to sort the ankle and keep the weight off!

There are people worse off I suppose!

Have you been up to much? Not heard much from you of late?

Been keeping busy at work and in the flat! So not much time on here! Just waiting on tile adhesive to dry before grouting! I hate DIY!
