I used to be really good and always used the roundabout . . . tend to only do the u turn late at night when nobody around! Will definitely keep my eyes open for the cops :thumbsup

exige out in the snow! blue one going into bellahouston gym, in sunny Go van. Was that you dezzy?

Nice one. Good centre, but full of chavs im afriad. Only been going past few days as im visiting someone quite nearby.

Yep, you're right there. But it's not far from home for me, is very cheap on a corporate rate my work have, and it's really just the circuits class I go to (which is very good).

Cool. I've been going to the gym to perv on sengas that go with 3" of make up on. :thumbsup

Co-orporate rocks. I am £4 quid a month in a top hotel gym in Abz. Shame I am hardly ever there for long enough to go.

Yep, everything from people trying to shift some flab for the first time, to super fit nutters. You can take it at your own pace or really push it if you want to. Instructors are good and their banter through the mic makes the time pass really quickly.
