Had just pulled out from the hard shoulder when I saw you! Stoopid front left indicator popped off and flapped all over the bonnet. Happened on my Elise too, but that wasn't at 50mph! Don't think it's damaged the bodywork, phew! Thankfully had some tape in the boot to tape it in place and will need to call MMC for a replacement one under warranty
