Stationary Silver S1 Elise, driver in police Volvo behind...

Spotted a silver S1 Elise stopped in a layby on the A90 near the Forfar turn-off today. Given there was no-one in the car at the time and the police Volvo estate sitting directly behind it, hope the owner hasn't been done... :?
