Is that the same Elise I saw for sale a few months ago - guy was selling it from Ayr? Was discussed on here a few times.

Looked identical - and had a funny number plate (sure it had 05 in the plate) although it was a long tail roof meaning it was pre 02.......

The one from Ayr was a 2001 'Y'.

It konked out at the lights as well - either a stall or a problem - got going again after a few seconds.

That's a normal plate - old skool, i.e. before they moved to the current system. Y was used in 2001 before they introduced '51
