I have no idea if the new shape for 2010 Elise is officially called the 'S3', but regardless I saw yours today in Longniddry.

Maybe it was, Phil. Could well have been that car - did indeed have a roof on IIRC.
When approaching head-on, the car initially looks like a "something's not quite right" Europa, then evolves into "oh, it's a new Elise" as it nears.

Been looking at the yellow one in the showroom - very very nice looking - needs a number plate on it though, as the front is probably a bit high off the ground (to make it more speed bump friendly).
