A crashed Elise - M9 just before Stirling

A very sad looking elise that must have aquaplaned across the motorway and spewed fibreglass across the carriageways...

A sad sight, but at least it looks like no other cars were hit and the damage, although bad enough, hasn't impacted the passenger cell so should be no injuries, apart from inevitable aches and pains & dented pride. Easily done when there is standing water

Weirdly, I think that's my black Evora straddling the hard shoulder line a few cars in front!

Phew! Was just a few moments either before or after you, couldn't have coped with the coincidence if it had been me, especially as I was sure someone would mention it on here!

Reassuring to see the car stood up well to the impact.

That section of the M9 is terrible for standing water.
