Decided to go for a run today up to Braemar from Fife with a couple of VX owners. As we were sat at the traffic lights in Blairgowrie a cop runs across the road and decides he wants a word. There had been complaints of 3 sports cars being driven erratically in the Braemar area. He asked where we were from and then called in to check the car details etc. He then said it was 3 lotus cars and let us on our way.

I wonder who could have been out for a blast today

Load of crap.

There were seven Loti running up from xxxxxxx to xxxxxxxx, Hendeg leading and me second. We were doing are normal speed on dry empty roads and a Police Landrover came down in the opposite direction. Our two V6's had to return home at that stage, so slowed down to turn around, and I believe at that point the cop car turned on all his blues.

Not sure what happened then as have not heard from Kinger, but suggest that he finds something useful to do on a sunny Sunday as opposed to patrolling one of the safest and fun roads that we drive on.

I decided to head back to Before lunch,Had to get back for 12 noon for my Westie viewer who was a no show. Could have carried on for the rest of the day with you guy's if he'd let me know.
