Spotted on Crete & Santorini..

Post by renmure » Sun Sep 17, 2006 4:11 pm

In 10 days of lotus spotting... nowt, zilch, zero, nuffink, diddly squat. Infact, the most sporty cars on view were the Skoda Octavia taxis!!

Aaah..Im hoping to change the sheer absence of exciting cars on the island of crete some time soon....I wanna drive there at some point. My mate has done it twice in his rover so know the routes.

I could maybe tie it in with one of your group trips to the continent that you lot get up to sometimes. 8)

Renmure...do you fancy owning a second home in a civilised unspoilt haven in Sitia, Crete? Btw, Mr Hoban, the dental technician I worked beside says he knows you....spoke to him a wee while back about your collection...

Ello Michael,

Not sure about the idea of a home on Crete, although I do like Greece and usually end up on some island or other for a week or so each year.

As for Mr Hoban.... yeah, he is my new next door neighbour and he did mention that he had spoken to you. He also told me he had considered getting an Elise but ended up with a new Saab Convertable instead. I hope he makes better decisions when it comes to teeth!
