Black Evora - Glen Coe

I passed you parked up... (was tooting at the foreign tourists in the range rover who were heading towards me as they all were looking at the scenery in the other direction... thought I was going to have to take to the scenery myself to avoid them!)

Then we stopped - then caught up with you and had a wee run for a while. :thumbsup Your car sounded great 8)

Hi, it was me! The run through Glen Coe was fantastic, I've only had the car for a fortnight and due to work commitments this was the first time I had a chance to give it a good run. The car has a sport pack fitted and the noise was probably which sealed the deal during the road test. This is the 6th lotus I've bought (2xEsprit turbos, 1xSeries 1 Elise, 2xSeries 2 Elise's 111s,111r) all have been great.

Your car look great and seemed quick! lowered? Exhaust?

You've had all those lotuses and only just joined SE? ....glad you have joined us now :thumbsup :welcome

My car has a few mods - it's on adjustable S2 suspension, which is set fairly low. It has a sports cat in it just now, and a sports exhaust. I do have a de-cat pipe for it, but it's too loud with it fitted! You may have noticed that it was quite well loaded... t'was myself, my fiance, and the dog in the car, with all our camping gear including a gazebo on the luggage rack. I had stuffed the soft top under the bungees on top of the luggage and notice it starting to make a bid for escape at higher speed so backed off a little  .

Black really suites the Evora.

Hopefully you can make it along to a few meets / runs in the future.

Tony,

Did you buy it from MMC & the reg end in DFV? If it was then, it's our old Evora.

Enjoy :thumbsup
