I guess both cars were spotted at KH and the 340r is being described as in poor condition, rather than, as the title originally suggested to me, a yellow s1 and a 240r had an accident ?

Tut was thinking that the 340R looked mint, which is why he was confused ;-)

Just for that I am going to post this Robin.

One of my favourite foods is Ox tongue, however the stuff that you get from Supermarkets is rubbish and overpriced, and is usually pigs tongue mixed with lord knows what else then compressed. I buy fresh Ox tongues from my Internet butcher then simmer them for three hours in my secret brew, let them cool, then skin them. Verian bought me a tongue press which did the job, but the pot was ceramic and I screwed down too much one day and shattered it. No spares available but I managed to buy a small ali cake tin from eBay which was the same size, so tushti. However the original top plate was plastic and bent under pressure so Stu milled me a thick ali one.

Checked it out today with a 1.5kg tongue and it was magic. Reduced some of the cooking liquor until it made a rich jelly, poured it over the top, then torqued it down to 80kNm until it squeeled. Dogs were really impressed. Just waiting for it to cool down, then I will have my first slice.

Now I know that this has nothing to do with Elises, but Verian is away for three weeks in Dubai so TT is even emptier than usual, so I have to amuse myself somehow, and of course you do not have to read it, especially if you are a vegetarian. :welcome

Will post up another picture when I push it out of the mould just to make you all jealous.
