Was it blue? If so then I see that car parked around Northumberland St/Northumberland St Lane a lot (it's on one of my routes to work) - but I have never seen it move so haven't yet worked out who drives it.

Can't recall, baked in tree sap on the front though that left an interesting patina.

I pass it nearly every day.
Not always parked in the same spot, so it must get driven sometimes (although I don't think it's move for a couple of weeks).
