Scottish Elises

Parked at the junction up from Killearn to Croftamie. What is there? I've seen lots of folk park there.

Know the area well. Probably climbers or gorge walkers. Just down the hill on the Glasgow side is a bridge and underneath is known locally as the Devil's pool-pit. Not great for climbing, but climbers practice abseiling, prusik work and jumaring there. Used to do night exercises there when in the LMRT.

Ah, brought up in that area, grew up in Fintry and was down visiting my mum, never knew what was there but a popular spot. Cheers for the info, will need to investigate next time

It was me! I was gorge walking with the scouts.
We took 100 in total in a day so at £40 per head saved the scouts £4000 and gave a lot of kids a great time doing an adventurous activity.
