Ehh... need to check with David. As far as I know he's still not got the car back. It would have been his car though.

Now I am scared, as this sounds like my car, however MMC said I won't get it back until Friday pm.

I need to call MMC asap.

I phoned MMC to see why my car was on the bypass yesterday and they confirmed that thier engineer was taking the car to Defendall at Ratho to get the paint protection put back on.

According to MMC I should get my car back tomorrow (Friday) pm.

I will be checking exactly how much mileage they have racked up since I put it into MMC.

Cheers
David

Thanks Mags.

If it was heading into town from Sheriffhall then MMC are telling me porkies. I will be re-asking them tomorrow.

Cheers

I think that's a great service. Road testing the car first to check the paint will stay on. You dont get attention to detail like that much these days!

Sorry David, I'm sure they had a good reason. :?

I hope they washed it before putting the defendall on then!
It should really have been put on without being driven anywhere or you'll end up with dirt under the protection.

I only hope Defendall will have cleaned the car before applying the film.

MMC ..never again.

(In the future I'll get my car serviced at F1 in Newcastle and any other work done at reliable places recommended by SE folk).

Cheers
David

Yes I got my car back last night in the dark and the rain, so I cannot tell yet what sort of quality of job they have done. :?
