Tony, it's my understanding that OPC ABZ are a right bunch, so hoping Perth is better, even though it's still Vardy

They were really friendly when I went in a few months ago and admited they were still getting used to the brand. Mate used to cycle with one of the owners.
Considered a Cayman GTS but it was too easy to get into.

Yes OPC ABZ were a right bunch (salesman called Andy showed a total lack of interest when i was speaking to him), that's why I was at Perth.
Both Ally and Hamish in Perth were knowledgeable,helpful and enthusiastic. (Tried to sell me up over my budget, but I'll let them off with that - that's their job)
I ended up taking Hamish out in the Cup and let him have a quick try of it and i think there's now another Elise convert out there

Brilliant. Perhaps Lotus should adopt this sales technique - take other salesmen out in their cars, fill the dealer car parks with Lotus, hope the public notice
