Derek spotted a Lotus heading towards us in the mirror and said "here comes Neil & Mags". We were envious that you were out playing in your Lotus, Derek wanted to take the orange car out today however as we had been shopping for things larger than a Lotus boot can handle, had to take the safer option out!
That smashed up car that you "slowed down" to look at was in a right state! Would love to have seen what had happened to the occupants as there didn't seem to be anyone in the thing and looked like the cops had just arrived as we passed.
Not sure if you spotted the police at the roundabout actually at Sainsburys watching you as you went flying round in the right hand lane! Think they were a bit taken aback by firstly the Lotus then 2 hands coming flying out of the missing roof to wave to someone! Certainly gave them something to look at!
Glad to see that the roof was off. I take it Mags has recovered from her cold and good to see that she was keeping her head warm with a sensible "hat". It was bl**dy cold so 10 out of 10 for braving the weather!
