wife just called (note the lack of car detail

) spotted a "lotus" with this reg on motorway outside cumbernauld glasgow on motorway.

Being that its not the done thing to post a full reg plate, what happens when one person posts one half and someone else posts the other half ?

That will be Neil. I am sure no harm is done if two people post the two parts of the plate, we could just pretend they spotted two different cars. Just don't describe how fast they were going
