Doesn't Walshy do airfield training at Crail anymore? Thats where I did it a couple of years ago and it was fantastic! Or have I missed something and has Crail fallen into the sea or something?

Yeah the Walshy training is far more car control orientated in general. If you want to get an idea of what he goes through with you, he has a DVD for sale for £14.99. VEry very interesting, and well worth the cash, just to see how much you can still learn!

The knockhill session is more about driving round the track, but still very useful and a massive help with lines etc, if you haven't done it before. It can make a massive difference to your lap times, and for first timers its ideal as you normally have the track to yourself.

I found both very useful, and while I wouldn't do another KH one, the Walshy training is diverse and complex enough to keep you wanting to go back for more. It is very very useful.

Guess where i am tomorrow :?: :D :D

He's not been up since the last Tut Towers (2004) He sells out every North Weald day he can, so it's a helluva trek for him to come up. It's a pain, but probably worth the time and hassle going down to Essex.

Willie Robertson's had a restriction on the number of days he can open the airfield at Crail placed on him by the local council. A Walshy day is uneconomic for both Willie and Walshy now as a result.
