Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to everyone. I went out and got an S1 in Norfolk Mustard at the end of last year which is now getting to see daylight after being cooped up in the garage all winter. This is the first Lotus I've owned and I'm absolutely loving it!
I'm hoping to go out some decent runs now Spring is here. Over the last while I've been getting better acquainted with the country roads around Lanarkshire. Hoping to do some longer runs up north further afield over the Summer. So if you see a yellow S1 out on the backroads of deepest, darkest Lanarkshire be sure to give me a wave.

Get the glenshee road done before it's ruined it's in grey nick just now. And welcome! Also SIDC track day on the 22nd there will be a few of us there hooning around

Hi, I've not see you about as I'm in South Lanarkshire.
I'm lotusless at moment so if you see a mid grey BMW 3 series Touring or white Porsche 968 waving, it will be me.
There are a few enjoyable roads locally.
Did see a blue S1 number ending LTS just outside Stonehouse Monday but was on road bike at the time, hardly see any Lotus in Lanarkshire.

Good to know. Last time I ran it the surface was terrible in places - had to really back off.

. Cheers rawsco for the heads-up on the track day. I'm hoping to make it to one of them at some point this year.
IanD... I usually take it for a run out past Muirkirk/Crawfordjohn or out towards Lanark. I'll have to keep a look out for the blue S1 - I've not seen it on my travels yet!

I try to get out in the Elise when I can (preferably on a dry day with the hood down!) although I seem to play 'outrun the raincloud' alot just now....
