Newbie.. well sort of

Post by Cowan » Tue Oct 18, 2022 9:58 pm

Hello!

Firstly, I hope everyone is well, and it’s good to be back on the forum.. after a 10 year absence. I was never a prolific poster when I was last a member, and I rarely had the chance to make any of the meets. However times have changed and this time I aim to make amends and do some track days and attend a few meets in 2023.
I took delivery of a low mileage 2020 Voodoo blue Elise Sport 220 last week, and she’s lovely! I’d almost forgotten just how good they are!

Greetings from Castle Douglas, Dumfries & Galloway

Great to have you back, Cowan

Some people may remember a certain, latterly very famous, Elise that you once owned …

Thanks for the warm welcome! 😊.. Yes indeed Campbell.. seeing my old yellow S1 on the SE site banner brings back so many happy memories.. I’m glad Tut got so much enjoyment out of it. It’s incredible to think I sold it to him back in February 2007.. doesn’t seem that long ago.

As you can probably tell, it's a bit quieter here than it used to be.

Evening! 👋 Indeed, I must admit I’d noticed it was quieter when perusing the forum. Not to worry though, as I’ll be posting some questions in the general chat section soon 😊👍
