I paid just under a grand from memory last year when I was 22 and £800 ish this year as I turned 23. That was with Admiral as nobody else could get close (and i mean within £1k of that). That was for S2 Exige also, 12k pa.

Where are you from?

I had a 2bular ultra on mine with decat at the moment and it sounded nice, and Jim is a good guy to deal with.

well I think I will be paying £1000, ive got a strange story to tell you.....

originally i was going to buy a standard 52 plate 120 bhp s2 , i ring up my insurance..... that will be £500 to change :(

week later I go back to nick whale and see the 05 s2 exige ring up the insurance ......... £243 too change ?????????????

How can you explain that.

I'm from north wales, spoke to novice elise, im keen to come up to your track day on the 10th of march, it will be my first in an elise

Yup,I have a similar tale - When I wanted to change my S1 Elise to the S2 Exige, it cost me £64 or something for the remaining 9 months of my policy - despite the fact that it was worth 2.5 times the £ and is a few ins. groups higher!

About £1k isnt bad atall, result :D .
