have you ever hit a pot hole or speed bumps?
I try not to!

Thanks for the warm welcome!
I guess some of the guys here will think... who the fcuk is this guy?
Like most of you, I used to live and breath around Lotii, but something happened several years ago, something switched off in my brain.
The car was parked. For a while it was started and then kind of forgot about it.

Now I uncovered it, it's there, waiting for me.
Started to change the oil and noticed I really shouldn't start it before I change the oil cooler hoses, they're cracking by merely touching them.
Hmmmm, front clam off job. I guess a winter project.
So no, for the time being no track days for me.
Nowadays I spend my time outside of work skateboarding, or with the family.
Funny, skateboarding was my first action sports, my forst love. Then came BMX, then MTB, then Motorcycles, and racing, then the Exige, and then.... back to skateboarding.
I know I don't have the potential I did when I was young, but I'm having more fun nowadays, and this Downhill malarky hit me hard as well, discovered I can have my speed fix as well as the floaty feeling of an air at a bowl.

See what you feel at a trackday on a Lotus? well, multiply it by 4 when you're rolling down a hill and taking a corner at 40-50 mph on a skateboard.
And it's good exercise too!

And you know what's the funny thing?
It was the post of somebody here on this forum, some years ago that planted the seed in my brain.
Somebody asking if anybody here skateboarded...

Tell me about it!
Broken shoulder, countless sprains and hematomas and continuous shoulder pains.

But you know what? strange but it does make me feel alive, happy, more than any other acitivy. :)
