Only damage to it was when I ran over a Pheasant and the front splitter cracked. The repair and paintwork would be better than new so no issue. I also had to replace the heater matrix thingy so all good. Indicator thingy fell out once (think they all do that) and had to be refixed.
I gave it to MMC in P/X on a Type 72 Exige in Sept/Oct last year. They were selling it at £19k(ish) and I thought it seemed to sell fairly quickly.
As you can imagine, it was a fairly pampered car

Looks like it has done about 12k miles in the past year
I will drop you a PM re the servicing

The bridging loan sounds a bit strange..........Don't pay the asking price
Ask for the settlement figure and pay that directly to his lender............only then pay the remainder to the "worried seller"
Enjoy your new car

A bridging loan....
As per Iain's comments above, pay direct to finance company then release the rest upon picking up. Settlement letter dated in the last 7 days.
Welcome though!!!

Well thats the Elise on my drive. Needs a good clean after the drive down. Well chuffed. Thankfully it fits in the garage but going to take a bit of practice.
Well he paid the finances off and did it that way. Spoke to the finance company so all good. Cheers.
Graham.
