Just make sure that he comes to me second, otherwise he may be disappointed if it is the other way round.

Welcome.

Can you import an S1 to Canada? Are the regs less draconian than your lovely neighbours the US of A?

I got to see and sit in an S1 in the showroom at Murray Motors in Edingburgh on Saturday the 8th. Unfortunatley it doesn't look like it will pan out with hooking up with tut before the weekend. Still in Aberdeen. I'm free in the evenings and after 1:00pm on Friday. Anyone available for a last minute "date" for a good ride, before I leave on Saturday the 15th?

Are you in Aberdeen till you leave? I'm in Glasgow if that's any use to you?

Spoke to Steve this morning, but unfortunately we are off to Amsterdam for Kees funeral, plus I still can not sort out this problem with N3, so she is still a none runner.

Anybody else in the area that can help out now that there are so few S1's around.

Thanks, for everyone's help and advice. I learned a lot about the car. I was able to get in a couple of S1's and luckily got a fantastic ride through the countryside my last night in Scotland. Thank you PJL. Thank you, Tut, for your efforts and wisdom. Hope to get together with you some day.
Regards,

Good to see the guys were able to help you out Steve, and as you say I hope we can meet up at some stage.
Was looking forward to you both coming over and staying the night, but you were one weekend out.

Let me know if you start seriously looking, and I will keep my eyes open for any S1 S/C Hondas around the £14-£16K mark.

All the best

Thanks tut. Doesn't have to be SC'd. Just keeping consideration of a deal if one happens to come around. I would much rather wait until the fall at the earliest to purchase. There are currently a few for sale right now that I would consider, but only a super deal would make me jump right now.
