Newbie in the Capital

Hi folks. Been an Elise owner now for 2 mths. S2 111s titanium. Loving every minute, despite a few probs and scary moments. Most memorable being steam from front end during recent morning rain whilst sitting at traffic lights on Royal Mile. Also shocked at temp guage hitting 103 in traffic on Queen St! Reading some of this forum has brought my blood pressure back down to normal levels though. Thanks! Hard top has been off in the last couple of weeks. Soft-top has dealt surprizingly well with recent monsoons! Not a dribble.

Thought I'd introduce myself and hopefully start acknowledging some of you guys out there. (I didn't know!) Sorry to maroon S2 on Queen st a couple of weeks back, black exige at sherrifhall, and blue s2 on brunswick rd. I get it now....wont happen again!

Welcome!!

I'm also Edinburgh based with S2 111S. Common as muck!!

The steam from the radiator is scary - but you can be sure that there are scarier moments to come with Elise ownership. Lots of fun too, though!!

Tim
