Hi Everyone
Just a quick line or two to introduce myself
Recently bought a 10 000 mile Le Mans Green VXT and just starting to get to know it. Looking to get a bit of one-to-one coaching at Knockhill in the next few months to better understand the handling.
Done a couple of basic mods to sort common problems - decent brake pads next priority - but plenty of horses for me at the moment so no major tuning planned.
It's great to find a site full of worshippers of spartan cars up here (I'm between Montrose and Stonehaven)
Look forward to meeting a few of you and happy to help where I can!

Thanks Cloggie - yeah one of 30 made in that colour, Depending on your viewpoint that's because:
a) There ain't many people who buy VXTs who have good taste
b) It was a limited edition for the colour blind
c) People thought they were buying an MGF
d) It's the only decent car they'd seen and "I don't care about the colour it'll grow on me I've got to drive it away now"

Nice car, don't think I've seen a VX in that colour before. Mintex 1144s are a sensible upgrade, much better than the useless standard pads anyway!
