Hello everybody
I would like to introduce me.
I am French and i live in my loved town:
Le Mans
i am a track day lover and i a proud to own a VXT 220 (with some upgrades: 285 Hp, brakes, tarox calipers and brake discs and many more...)
I hope i am alowed to postin this forum as i don't own a Lotus
I hope this will be the case in a short time as i am in touch with a member off this forum to see if i can buy an Exige s1.
I would be proud to drive this little beast on the BUGATTI's track.
I hope you will excuse my rusty English...
some off my vxt220 pictures:

Moved your post to the Newbie section. Welcome along - would love to live in your neck of the woods, have loved the 24H race as long as I can remember.
I'm sure Phil's already PM'ed you details of his car for sale - a good one.

Thank you for moving my post to the right section
Le Mans is a nice town but raining all the time (like Scotland i suppose).
But it is THE place to be for track-day as the Bugatti's track is on off my favourite.
I also have an accreditation to do pictures during all the events, it is so nice to be close to the pilots and their machines almost as nice as driving.
And yes, i am in touch with Phil
Quite hard job to buy a car when you are at 800 miles, but keep working hard to exchange informations.
BTW, i would like to thank you for his kindness

I am sure his car is nice but i don't live close to Scotland and hope i 'll have all my chances to buy it.
There is a long time ago i am looking for an exige s1.
I don't mind if i have to do some work on it, but just want to be sure the engine will not blow when driving it back to France and for few track days

There will also be a few SE at the Bugatti circuit this year (10th August) as part of the 'French Frolic'
Bugatti
Val de Vienne
Mas du Clos
Circuit de Mornay

Would be good if you can show us the way.

Hi Christophe, welcome to the Forum, and as our philosophy is you do not need to own a Lotus or be Scottish to join us, you get close in having almost an Elise, and one of the most powerful on here, and we now have many friends on here from across the Channel.
If I am fit for French Frolics, then hope to meet up with you then.

ps love the
"I am French but nobody's perfect" and as you have a sense of humour I presume that by now you have forgiven us for Agincourt and Waterloo? (you can't beat a good longbow)

Not much of a historian but I think Scotland was on the side of the French.

Quite correct Ali, but after Robin once bollocked me I have slipped into this British frame of mind, whereas England and Scotland were very much two separate Countries in those days.
Come to think of it, they probably still are.
