Hi Christophe,

You're the second French guy to join up in a matter of weeks - having bought an ex-SE car. Welcome in - keep us posted on what's happening and we can maybe organise a wee SE French jaunt in the Summer!

Bonjour Christophe! :welcome

A few of us were at Leadenon in August last year (also Dijon and Ales), it's a fantastic track. :D
I also liked Charade (was there in 2007). :P

Some of us will be visiting your region again this year with Lotus-on-Track.

Thanks for your reception ... :wink:

Alicroizier , what a fantastic program in August 2009 with Lotus on Track :thumbsup :thumbsup

For me this year is this :

- Jeudi 12 mars -> LEDENON
- Dimanche 19 avril -> LURCY LEVIS
- Dimanche 24 mai -> LES ECUYERS
- Samedi 20 juin -> CHARADE
- Dimanche 19 juillet -> BOURBONNAIS
- Jeudi 24 septembre -> DIJON PRENOIS
- Dimanche 18 octobre -> MAS DU CLOS
- Dimanche 01 novembre -> LURCY LEVIS

And my club is not a Lotus club but we ve a lot of fun ... :D

http://www.objectif-circuit.com/forum/index.php

I live a Le Puy en Velay and to Charade it's 1 hour from my house ... Ales 1h30 and Ledenon 2h30 ... Mas du Clos 3 h00 ...

We 've got also Lurcy Levis near Magny Cours at 3 H 00 and it's a really funny track ...

It will be nice to organize meeting between French and Scot Lotus Driver ... may be you're better on track than rugby ... :damnfunny :roll: :tired

I will send you some photo on my 111S on track and soon the ex-Tambo Elise at Ledenon next week :D

Somebody have news about Tambo since he 've sell his car ? There will be always a seat for him if he want to come in France :wink:

PS : Sorry again for my English .... :oops: and for the Scottish rugby .... :oops: :oops:

Ledenon is one of my favourite tracks, and Charade is awesome too! Lucky man.

I was at both tracks with Ali in 2007 and 2008, in my Elise Race car and last year in my Atom.

Good luck with them on track - very jealous that you are doing Ledenon - i could have spent days there!! :mrgreen:

Welcome to the Group Christophe.

Coincidently Chord joined us a couple of weeks ago, also named Christophe. I don't think he has quite as many Elises as you though.

He did however have a similar sense of humour to your "It will be nice to organize meeting between French and Scot Lotus Driver ... may be you're better on track than rugby ....."

I did point out that we were considerably better at Agincourt and Waterloo, but Ali pointed out that was down to the English and not the Scots.

I have one less Elise than you, but with a S/C Honda in one of them, so we maybe have a return match.

<BG>

à la vôtre!

Also a great line up Christophe - I will have to look up Bourbonnais...

Cheers,
Ali
(I'll ignore the rugby comments - I used to play) :)

PS We were also at Lurcy Levais in 2007, very wet for us but great fun. :D

Ali are you a gardener ? In France we are calling guy like you( with a lot of green on his car "un jardinier " (gardener )...) :lol:

Sure that Lurcy with wet condition is really funny and save ... With the same condition you ve got less pleasure on Charade because of the walls everywhere .... :evil:

Bourbonnais is a new track ... the track is not ready actually , opening in April 2009 .

Tut , you said : I have one less Elise than you, but with a S/C Honda in one of them, so we maybe have a return match.

In fact it's my secret project and if you can help me for this "swap" it will be cool .... :wink:

Ha ha...Scotty le jardinier. :damnfunny

I'm not guilty for that photo, it's Scotty's old car. I also 'tondeuse à gazon'... (excuse my french) :D

Good excuse for some FF6 pictures (French Frolic 2007).
