Hello! I probably don't count just yet as an elise owner BUT I am picking up my lovely elise 111s on saturday! I am very excited... ever since my big brother got a mark one elise a few years back I have been yearning, nay lusting after one!! what a sexy bit of kit I must say! took a test drive in it yesterday... wow! I am so looking forward to some serious driving fun... can't wait!

Hope to see some of you about on the roads! I am based in Inverness where apparently we have some of the best driving roads in the country.. so here's hoping!

CatrionaD. xx. :D

Catriona,

Where are you based in Inverness ?

There is the upcoming MexiTowers tour of Scotland on the weekend of the 9th June - a good place to meet your fellow Scottish Lotus owners and test out your driving skills !

I fully expect this to become one of those long welcome threads when people see your name, just ask Sassy ;)

What colour is the car and where have you bought it from?

Don't think Fd is on here as yet - IIRC he's not a huge fan of the BBS format.

But yeah - cool guy and there's not much he doesn't know about the elise and how to fix them - Suprised he didn't push you towards a "real elise" (an S1).

Welcome Catriona

Fergus mentioned your car choice today at Kames, I think he may be just about as pleased as you are :) I hope you have as much fun as I have had.

Hi Catriona,

Good to see another girl joining the club!

Get ready for lots of taken aback people looking at you like an alien 'cos you're a Girl in a Really Cool Car.

Bit like a Star in a Reasonably Priced Car, except faster. And not on telly.
