hi folks thought i would intoduce myself,

what can i say big lotus fan! bit by the bug by my dad he has a 1969 elan plus 2 which he has owned for over 40 years (although cutrrently in long term restoration !! llong long term )~i bought my first lotus when i was 21 one of the last excels built a 1992 k plate bought back in 1997 currently sitting with 33100 miles on her and still got her, then bought a 2002 sports tourer elise in 2003 in lazer blue , i have had her over six years and done 600 miles in her !!! need to get out more, also run a mercedes ml and a suzuki gsxr which gets about much use as the lotuses , (wish the wife did as little millage. would save a fortue on diesel !! ). anyway not sure what else to say, but cheers for reading, Robert

Ah, I know it well. I'm actually fom Livingston and I used to play with Bo'ness and Carriden Brass Band. Spent many years playing at the Linlithgow Marches! Can't remember much of them though! Same with the Bo'ness fair! Starting at 7am and going from pub to pub all day while marching inbetween in the bleezing sunshine is not a good idea! :blackeye
