I have just bought a 2003 S2 and lovin it

I'm looking forward to some of your organised day's out etc.
Does anyone know of a good starting point set up for Nitron suspension (ride height and damper settings)?
Regards
Grafter

Ref the Nitrons, what is the intended usage and the spring rates (and valving)?
Ride height you want some rake (maybe 10mm) e.g. 110F/120R or 115F/125R
Also what tyres, geo settings and ARB are you intending running?
