Hi all, after my first post, an update.
Collected the 111R from Stuart on Wednesday, brought it (in the wet) safely home. And love it , just love it.
A Pure indulgence, this car has to be slightly practical, so we collected 40 kgs of B&B laundry yesterday, neatly strapped into the passenger seat. Today's jaunt is to Oban to spend the £20 introductory voucher when spending £50 or more at Bookers Cash and Carry.
Two questions then , what is the most unusual thing you have put in your Elise and is there such a thing as a passenger shaped shopping bag? a missed mMarketing opportunity for someone surely .
Pictures to follow

Just love it, a passenger shaped shopping bag. Can guarantee that is the first time that has been asked.
I think it was a lassie that I picked up at the side of the road on Stelvio 2001 in Spain, thought she wanted a lift, lasted a few hundred yards as it turned out she was a local prossie.

@ Tut!!
Hey there!! Glad you are happy with your new purchase! It is a lovely car!!
Brian on here picked up his Christmas tree in his 340r, which was quite a sight! I can't be bothered trawling through the site for the pics on my phone but someone might do it for me and post the pic??
Not sure about passenger shaped shopping bags though. It is known to fit a full weekends camping equipment in an elise (with passenger) however!!

Did it take you that long to start arguing on price?
There was a lad here a long time ago that stuck his ladders in the pax seat once in an emergency - bungeed them to the roll bar with the rear window out (was an S1)... Would have loved to see what the plod would have said about that one...

tayvallich0,
A word of warning. That 111r of mine that you now have doesn't do shopping bags. If you continue to treat her in this manner you'll wake one morning to find she has headed back to me.
I had my lawnmower in the front seat once. There wasn't much grass to cut but it fairly trimmed the carpets a treat.
Stuart.
And, Oiiiii, I need my rolling Stones CD quick!

In my opinion (and anyone is entitled to my opinion) golf clubs, as mentioned by you, are as sad as shopping bags

Jen, is it going to be a tut sandwich on Saturday, or are you on your own?

golf clubs and assorted golf sundries are not uncommon (nothing wrong with golf either)
