Back in a Lotus

Post by GP1 » Wed Jul 14, 2010 1:43 pm

Hi, I've recently returned to Lotus after a year or so in the wilderness. I used to have an S2 elise, which I sold and bought a Range Rover mk3 and then a BMW M3. Hated the Range Rover, but quite liked the M3. However, M3s have a bit of an image problem and couldnt satisfy the itch left by the elise. As a result, I got rid of it and bought an Exige S2 from MMC. I thought it might be a shock to the system, but it immediately felt right and I have not looked back.

Welcome back. I've recently done the same, and know what you mean about the Range Rover! :tired

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

hmmm, I think I have seen that car. About 6 months ago, I was with my girlfriend in her black X5 (reg FIONA M) and we turned from st andres square onto george street using the wee bus lane bit and a black wide arch exige beeped at us. I remember pointing it out to her and telling how cool exiges were and noting that it had the wide arch kit. Thats a nice car. Are there many exiges in Edinburgh that know of? There is a red one I see from time to time around my way, but thats about it.
